As a Sales Support Specialist I, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping things moving between our clients, outside Account Managers, and manufacturer partners. From managing inbound and outbound communications to helping secure opportunities through discount programs, you’ll make sure every client interaction is smooth, professional, and productive.
Work Schedule: On-Site: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with additional hours as needed based on business demands.

FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-exempt.

What You’ll Do:
- Handle incoming client inquiries and keep communication flowing.
- Partner with Account Managers and manufacturer reps to identify and maximize opportunities.
- Support clients with renewals, product questions, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce.com CRM.
- Create and update quotes in Connectwise CPQ.
- Work with internal teams to plan, problem-solve, and deliver top-notch service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who wants to learn and grow.
- 1+ year in B2B sales support or customer service (tech industry experience is a plus).
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM tools).
- Clear, confident communicator—both written and verbal.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.

- Salesforce and Revenue Cloud experience.
