Secure Data Technologies has an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator/Manager in our Project Management Team. The Project Coordinator/Manager is a full-time role focused on client outcomes. You will organize and manage all types of projects for our external client teams. As a member of the Project Management team you will work closely with our PMP certified Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Solutions Architects, Account Managers, and Professional Services Delivery team. You will interact directly with customers. You will be responsible for maintaining and managing projects, planning, scheduling, and coordinating work tasks to meet our customer’s needs. You will work with a team to solve customer-impacting challenges with a goal of maximizing customer experience, while maintaining accurate and precise project methodologies. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate on a daily basis with our clients and internal stakeholders to deliver world class solutions.

Project Coordination Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct resources to properly manage assigned resources to complete client projects
  • Communicate daily to project stakeholders, sponsors, and clients on status
  • Maintain and prepare all correspondence (written and electronic) and project documentation
  • Accountable for project budget, scope, and timelines
  • Coordinate all change orders for projects out of budget, scope, or expected timelines
  • Chair internal and external project meetings 
  • Document issues and resolution inside all projects 
  • Make sure clients' needs are met as projects evolve
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Ensure internal project documentation and tools are up to date on a daily basis
