  • Ability to build positive and collaborative relationship within and outside of the organization.
  • Experience recruiting or hiring professional employees is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • A minimum of three years’ professional experience preferred.

 

JOB OVERVIEW

Secure Data Technologies is searching for an individual to lead its human resources and employee experience programs. The Human Resources Manager will make employee experience the top priority, partnering with department managers and associates across the organization to strategically increase engagement and alignment with business and culture objectives, while ensuring the organization maintains compliance with all employment-related laws and regulations.


JOB DUTIES (not all-inclusive)

  • Partner with the Secure Data Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and department manager to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and employee experience strategy, including current and future talent requirements, recruiting, and retention.
  • Drive the talent acquisition process, including understanding requirements for open positions, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of professional talent.
  • Create and develop programs and frameworks around training, promotion, and compensation for various positions and departments.
  • Provide support and guidance to the Secure Data ELT when complex, specialized, or sensitive questions and issues arise.
  •  Administer and execute routing tasks in delicate circumstances, including providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
  • Oversee employee performance evaluation process, including disciplinary meetings, investigations, and terminations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Regularly review employment laws and regulations, and make recommendations to the ELT regarding best practices and requirements.
  • Ownership of the Employee Manual
  • One-on-one engagement with employees regarding employment policies, benefits, and compensation as they arise.
  • Perform additional duties, as assigned.
