Secure Data Technologies is searching for a lead member of its Lifecycle Team. The Customer Licensing Manager places customer experience and value first, partnering with customers to understand their business and to expertly design licensing solutions that achieve their business goals. As part of the Secure Data team, the Customer Licensing Manager advocates for the customer, providing enhanced value while ensuring customers view Secure Data as their trusted advisor.
The Customer Licensing Manager will work with the Secure Data Sales and Solution Architect Teams to engage directly with customers on licensing projects. From simple renewals to replacements, upgrades, and migrations of software and licensing models, the Customer Licensing Manager applies their deep understanding of IT licensing and software solutions to their understanding of each customer situation. The Customer Licensing Manager will quote, order, and process these transactions, while also engaging with customers on an ongoing basis regarding general licensing usage. The ideal candidate is highly detailed, curious, analytical, and enjoys leveraging their knowledge to work with both data and people to identify and successfully resolve business challenges.
