As an Inside Sales Account Manager at Secure Data Technologies, you will have the opportunity to make an impact from day one, working with one of the region’s most innovative technology companies in an exponentially growing market.

The Inside Sales Account Manager will be an energetic, aggressive self-starter with the desire to grow business through managing inbound and outbound communications. This individual will possess excellent organizational, computer and phone skills with the ability to meet sales goals and objectives, handle client issues to resolution, and build relationships with internal colleagues and external partners.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop relationships with existing clients and prospects to build brand loyalty.
  • Work with existing clients on renewals and opportunity management.
  • Build, secure and enhance relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate new inbound lead follow-up and source new opportunities through cold calls and email campaigns.
  • Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
  • Research accounts and contacts who will be primary points of contact for prospective clients.
  • Manage client data within CRM.
  • Collaborate with outside Account Managers on leads and opportunities.
  • Working with Sales team on opportunities and assisting in closing deals.
  • Build relationships with external channel partners and Account Managers.
  • Organize and manage virtual sales meetings.
  • Work closely with marketing to drive attendance to events.

Requirements for this role:

  • 1+ year of B2B inside sales experience.
  • Show the ability to reach your expected sales quota within the first 90 and 180 days of employment.
  • Possess the innate desire to generate new business through any means necessary.
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client.
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Have a proven track record of uncovering and developing new opportunities.
  • Exhibit the desire to break into new accounts and build relationships from the ground up.
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the technology industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
