Secure Data Technologies has an immediate full-time opening on its Lifecycle Team. The Level 1 Lifecycle Analyst will work within the Lifecycle team to quote, order, and process highly detailed transactions for end customer IT software and licensing. You and your Lifecycle teammates will work directly with Secure Data’s account managers and customers to expertly provide the best possible software and licensing experience and value. The ideal candidate is highly detailed, curious, analytical, and enjoys working with both data and people to identify and successfully resolve business challenges.
Highly detailed and analytical, ensuring data is both accurate and aligns to a bigger-picture scenario.
Passion for resolving challenges using both detailed information and professional connections.
Comfortable learning about the latest offerings in the information technology industry.
Excellent communication skills and can communicate effectively with a variety of personality types, both in person and through phone and email.
Strong mathematics ability, including the ability quickly convert between time periods (monthly vs. annually) and units of measure.
Comfortable with uncertainty (and the certainty of change). This person can anticipate change and is willing to embrace uncertainty, confidently knowing that they can be patient and adapt.

Strong Microsoft Office abilities.
Two years of full-time work experience.
