Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions/Competencies

Ready to be the face of Secure Data Technologies? As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a concierge level client experience (CX), and driving account growth. In this key role you will be your clients go-to advisor and ensuring their needs are met with tailored, impactful solutions.

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships within your portfolio, crafting account plans that align with client goals, and uncovering new opportunities for Secure Data to add value. With your keen insight, consultative approach, and dedication to client success, you’ll help Secure Data deepen its client partnerships and expand its footprint in each account.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own the Relationship:
    Identify Establish and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with your clients, serving as a reliable, strategic partner they can count on for support and guidance.

  • Be a High Performer:
    Identify and pursue new opportunities for Secure Data to expand its offerings within your accounts. You’ll work to understand each client’s business needs and propose solutions that help them achieve their goals.
 
  • Be a Master Architect of Sales Strategies:
    As a visionary deal-maker with a sixth sense for spotting opportunity YOU deliver results. In short, you are the communication wizard!

  • Advocate and Advise:
    Act as a client champion within Secure Data, advocating for their needs and delivering insights that can drive product and service improvements.

  • Collaborate Like a Pro:
    Work closely with technical teams, Solutions Architects, and marketing to deliver a cohesive, high-quality experience for each client, keeping them at the forefront of innovation.

  • Planning and Insight:
    You’re a trend setter…and trend setters stay updated on leading edge solutions and the competitive landscape providing clients with relevant insights and Secure Data with a strategic advantage.

  • Track, Report, & Win:
    With a proactive, organized approach, you’ll manage your pipeline, hit sales targets, and ensure accurate reporting to keep your accounts thriving and your sales goals on track.
